We would like to inform you on some IMPORTANT information for your stall with us.
If you did not fill up the payment confirmation form after making payment to us, we are never able to know if you have paid, and be able to send you a confirmation email or a stall number. It is very very IMPORTANT to read and FOLLOW the payment instruction sent to you.
Please be sensible to bring the right amount of things to sell and the number of people to be at the stall, bringing 3-4 luggages and 1 clothesrack and expecting everything to be placed at your stall, will only make you feel squeezier and more frustrated than ever.
You are only provided a 4 ft by 4ft space, and on 13 April, so many of the stalls took up at least 6ft by 4ft and some stalls end up with such a small space and unable to put up their items. Some are also placing too much items on the floor that its blocking the walkway, and causing people to trip.
When our staff goes approaching to request your stall to be smaller as you are taking too much space, either you ignore us or crawl all over our head and make tonnes of excuses and for those that do realise and start to pack up a little, thank you.
If you feel that Wtflea is shortchanging you of any space, please feel free to borrow the measuring tape that we bring for every event to measure a 4ft by 4ft space for each stall and we will return you any space short. If otherwise, you have exceeded the space, please clear up too.
As it is our first time at Playspace after so long, we do note on the tight walkway, we are trying to work on something for that.
Also the flea market tentage is to shelter you from direct sunlight and rain, it is notified in the website and emails sent to you that, the side of the tentage has no coverage, so you and your items might get wet, we have made very clear on this that it is still a rain or shine event.
We have installed fans to provide ventilation, and we understand you may still feel stuffy due to the weather and the constricted event space but this is the best we can do. Please drink more water and dress comfortable to make yourself feel better. Do bring an umbrella if the weather forecast says it is going to rain, just in case.
So from now on, WTFLEA! has decided to be very strict with all the rules and regulations in order to be fair and make as many happy.
1. No items including shoes /luggages & boxes/mats are to be placed on the ground.
2. Only 1 single clothes rack (approx 1ft by 3ft) is allowed per stall. We do really mean SINGLE clothes rack (http://i00.i.aliimg.com/photo/v0/217805032/Single_pole_telescopic_clothes_rack.jpg), otherwise you will be asked to replace it or take it down. NO DOUBLE RACKS IS ALLOWED ANYMORE.
3. Every stall has a space of 4ft by 4ft, if you exceed and is reminded by us TWICE to free up some space, do know we have the right to either leave the flea market or confiscate items outside of the space given.
4.Please throw your rubbish at the rubbish bins that is made available for all of us on site, let’s try to do this together.
